lecznicze anyżu
Anyż
stosujemy w dwóch podstawowych celach: po pierwsze przy
przeziębieniach - ze względu na jego działanie wykrztuśne - a po
drugie przy różnego rodzaju dolegliwościom żołądkowym, dzięki
właściwościom rozkurczowym.
Anyż polecany jest również w
niektórych sytuacjach matkom karmiącym. Przedostaje się on z
mlekiem do organizmu dziecka, zachowując pozytywne działanie.
Jak
stosujemy anyż?
W
przeziębieniach oraz zapaleniach dróg oddechowych zaleca się
zwykle wywar z łyżeczki owoców na szklankę wody (dodajemy do tego
dwie łyżeczki tymianku i/lub łyżeczkę mydlnicy lekarskiej).
Następnie spożywamy po 1-2 łyżki takiego wywaru 3-4 razy
dziennie.
Przy schorzeniach układu trawiennego możemy wzbogacić
anyżem wywary z mięty czy rumianku (dodajemy łyżkę owoców na
szklankę wody).

ciast, do aromatyzowania alkoholi, herbaty, kawy. |
